    Founder, CEO
    Kailash is a legal entrepreneur with over a decade of combined experience in the area of accounting, law, finance and investment banking. Currently he is leading the development of Lex Advise, a legal services (corporate) platform and Smart Wakil (a legal tech product to manage legal practice and service delivery) with a mission to make lawyers smarter and legal service delivery more efficient. Kailash has a keen interest in fintech and early stage investment in startups esp. angel and seed investment and accordingly pursuing this interest by building an exclusive network of seed and angel investors across Nepal to fund the innovative and impactful ideas. Over the last 3 years, he has extensively worked in developing a corporate law practice in Nepal and in the course have advised investors, businesses and entrepreneurs on a wide range of legal issues related to startups, foreign investment, technology, intellectual property protection, cross border transactions, taxation, corporate and commercial contracts, dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation, among others.

    Legal Officer
    Rakshya Khanal is a Legal Officer at Lex Advise. Investing her time and energy into research and writing, she aspires to devote all her academic attention to Corporate Law including specialized area of Intellectual Property, International Trade and Cyber Law. In a journey as a University topper for three consecutive years, she has excelled in her academics. She has published numbers of research works, journal articles, newspaper articles in national newspapers.Having internship experience at High court Nepal , she has had opportunities to gather intensive knowledge on court proceedings, legal drafting and other legal works that allowed her to develop strong interpersonal skills.
  • Shoumya Risal

    Shoumya is a law graduate and has done her BBM, LLB from Kathmandu University School of Law. Having studied Law and Business Management, she specializes in the corporate legal field and is interested in Intellectual Property, Taxation, Foreign Investments, International Trade, Cyber Law, Marketing, Finance and Accounting. She has previously been involved as a legal analyst and currently works in legal drafting and research.
